This is hpanel(hacked fspanel,see README.orig).
Changes added to fspanel:
When the panel is minimized to the right side
it doesnt reserve screenspace for it self
anymore. This means windows can be fully maximized.
This works if the panel is on top or on bottom of the
	screen.
This make more sense too me than the original behaviour
of fspanel which always reserved screenspace on the
	bottom of the screen.
Installation:
./configure
edit Makefile to suit your needs(font!!)
remove -DXFT,if you dont want antialiased fonts
remove -CLOCK,if you dont want the clock
make
make install
Usage:right-clicking lowers the window
      middle-clicking shades the window
left-clicking does what you expect(i hope so)
clicking the left grill changes the position of the panel
clicking the right grill hides/unhides the panel
startup postion can specified with commandline switches:
      	"-m" panel starts minimized
"-t" panel starts at top of the screen
