Berkeley DB-3.0.55 in a single directory

Contains a patch to compress pages on the fly.

The prefix-symbols.sh script was run to prefix all external 
symbols with CDB_ so that no conflict with an original library
can occur.

Tested on RedHat-6.2 and Solaris-2.6
