The `transform.HTMLEscape` function escapes five special characters by replacing them with [HTML entities]:
- `&` → `&`
- `<` → `<`
- `>` → `>`
- `'` → `'`
- `"` → `"`
For example:

{{ htmlEscape "7 > 6" }} → 7 > 6
```
