<P>This library is identical to <CODE>LazyST</CODE> except that the <CODE>ST</CODE> monad
instance is <EM>strict</EM>.  Most programmers use the <EM>strict</EM> instance
to avoid the space leaks associated with the <EM>lazy</EM> instance.</P>
