aspell/de_DE.rws, aspell/de_DE_affix.dat aspell/de_DE.multi aspell/de_DE.dat aspell/de_DE.alias

They should be installed to what "aspell dump config | grep data-dir" tells you.

The same applies to de_AT and de_CH.
