igmplot (3.17-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Initial release. (Closes: #1121559)
  * debian patch make_flags.patch replaces upstream's CFLAGS makefile
    variable with CXXFLAGS, and appends to CXXFLAGS and LDFLAGS to
    allow use of debian hardening flags from dpkg-buildflags
