HELP INFORMATION

Welcome to IHU, an easy way to talk with your friends.
Read INSTALL for installation and compile istructions.
To compile, the following packages are required:

  QT (graphic kit, usually already included with KDE):
  http://www.trolltech.com/download/opensource.html

  ALSA (already included in new kernels):
  http://www.alsa-project.org

  SPEEX (open source audio codec):
  http://www.speex.org

  SoundTouch (audio processing library):
  http://www.surina.net/soundtouch/

  Ogg (stream library):
  http://www.xiph.org/ogg/

The following packages are optional:

  JACK (an advanced low latency sound driver)
  http://jackit.sourceforge.net
