The IkiWiki debian packaging makes use of the "dgit-maint-merge" source
workflow described in dgit-maint-merge(7).

Prior, it used git-buildpackage. The "upstream/latest" and "pristine-tar"
branches date from this period. They have not been removed yet because
salsa CI still requires them.
