OS2 support is outdated. Last update: Sep 23, 1998 (IM101).
* Install Perl 5.004_03 if not installed.

OS/2 EMX port of Perl 5.004_04(or later) has a fatal bug in
gethostbyname() , the latest version - 5.005_01 -, too.
It means that those BUGGY version can't treat FQDN.
* Apply OS/2 patch to "configure.in".
gpatch -p1 < OS2\configure.in.diff.OS2
* Execute "configure.OS2" or "Makefile.PL", and install.
[ configure ] -- shell script
copy OS2\configure.OS2 .
ksh ./configure.OS2 --host=your_host_name
make install
[ Makefile.PL ] -- perl script(ExtUtils::MakeMaker)
perl ./Makefile.PL
make
make install
* Create "im*.cmd" and install them, if necessary.
OS2\fix-im.cmd REXX (REXX version)
or
OS2\fix-im.cmd EXTPROC (Perl version)
copy im*.cmd <<BINDIR>>
