These files are from gnupg version 1.0.6 and may have been modified
from the original versions.

NOTE: the acinclude.m4 file here is incomplete and contains the part
      of the gnupg acinclude.m4 file that has been pasted into
      ../configure.in 

      I'd rather do some kind of autoconf inclusion, but I can't find
      documentation for a feature like that.
