These are extra utilities that are helpful to advanced users but are
not necessary for using integrit.

This directory used to be called "aux", but that name was changed to
"utils" to accomodate Windows' DOS-based limitations that persist even
in Windows 2000: you can't make a file or directory called "aux",
"prn", or "nul" in Windows.
