README for the Debian package of ipac

The configuration for ipac is /etc/ipac.conf. All documentation
is in the file /usr/doc/ipac/README; there are no manual pages (yet?).
fetchipac, which collects the IP accounting statistics, is run
daily by cron at the same time as all the other daily maintenance.
Statistics which are more than one week old will be joined into
a whole week. Statistics which are more than one month old will
be joined into a whole month. Finally, statistics which are more
than a year old will be will be joined into a whole year.
You can view a summary of IP accounting statistics with
the command ipacsum. See the README for parameters for this.
