Description: TCP and ICMP event logger
 Provides two daemons which log all incoming TCP attempts and
 important ICMP events (ping, source route, etc.) to the syslog.
 Also includes a White Paper on the infamous "FTP server bounce
 attack", which this package detects.
 This program is not maintained anymore. People should consider
 switching to ippl.
