Version 1.3.0 brings the same kind of problem that version 1.2.0 (read "Old
news" ), you can delete /usr/lib/iptraf/cfconv-1.2_to_1.3 without trouble.

Since the version 1.2.0 have more options, the configuration and filters files
are now different. A program (cfconv) is provided by the author to upgrade
those files. It is executed at the installation of the package and is located
in /usr/lib/iptraf/cfconv-1.1_to_1.2. You can delete it.
