	- update the module polling routine to let modules share data received
	  on a filehandle.
	- update readline in tools.c to provide non-blocking termio (to permit
	  SIGTERM to effect a shutdown even while typing a line)
	- add an IRMP3 startup "splash screen"
	- a "sort playlist" command.
	- fix data structures throughout IRMP3 which are hard-coded to a
	  fixed size.
