JOIN %|[-window] [-invite] [-<server tag>] <channels> [<keys>]

Joins a specified channel. Channel names usually begin with #-sign, which may be omitted here.

JOIN is aliased to J by default. Example: /j irssi (This joins to the channel #irssi)
