Changes from the source:

- The file History.txt is installed to the /usr/share/doc/jamnntpd/ directory
  as changelog.gz, with a symbolic link to that from History.txt.gz.

- The file *.chs files usable for creating character translations are installed
  to the /usr/share/jamnntpd/ directory.
