will draw elevations patterns of an antenna from a NEC output file.
3 graphs will be shown: X-Y power plane in cartesian coordinates,
X-Y ARRL power graph and X-Y linear power polar graph.
A fact list will show maximum gain, impedance and SWR.
All drawings can be saved to a postscipt file.
