To compile from source, proceed as follows.

- Ensure you have libclthreads (>= 2.2.1) and libclxclient (>= 3.6.1).
  Both are available from <http://www.kokkinizita.net/linuxaudio/downloads>.	

- Cd to the source dir, make, make install as root. Default install is in
  /usr/local, modify PREFIX in the Makefile if necessary.

Jkmeter should be run with the privileges required to start real-time
threads and to lock virtual memory. How this is done depends on your
system.
