<p>The majority of the JSwat documentation is in the form of
<strong>help files</strong>. These are accessed directly
inside JSwat, via the <strong>Help</strong> menu. In
addition, the <strong><code>help</code></strong> command
offers a menu-driven interface to all of the built-in
