kbackup for DEBIAN

This is the initial release of kbackup as a Debian package.
Note that due to limitations in latex2html the generated html is a bit ugly.
I.e. on my system, there are no Icons and some tags in the index are wrong.
As there is other documentation included please do not report this as a bug.
The programs CHANGELOG is included in the documentation.
This package uses debhelper. You should be able to rebuild it from the
source package via: dpkg-source -x <sourcepackage> and i
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot, if you have latex2html installed.
