kcemu for Debian

Like the Commodore 8-bit emulator vice, kcemu does not workout ROM
images of the chips found inside the KC computers. Due to legal
reasons these ROM images and also disk and tape images have been removed
from the original tarball. Before using kcemu, you'll have to get
those images on your own, please visit the upstream website
http://kcemu.sourceforge.net
to acquire the ROM, disk and tape images there.
Since KCemu does not work without these (non-free) ROMs, it is part
of the contrib distribution in Debian.
