- Remove /usr/doc symlink.
* Build-depend on linuxdoc-tools-text rather than on groff and
linuxdoc-tools, since the former exists now and is in stable.
* Set GROFF_NO_SGR=1 while building the text version, since not enough
pagers deal smoothly with ANSI escapes yet.
