kernel-patch-ethernet-drivers for Debian

Since the current stable kernel does not support some
interesting Ethernet cards, I got the driver source files from Donald
Becker's drivers and intergrated them into the kernel tree. After
applying the patch (I recommend to do it automaticaly using
kernel-package) you can choose following additional drivers in the
kernel configuration:
- winbond-840 chip and compatible, used on the Compex RL100ATX card
- National Semiconductor DP8382x series PCI Ethernet
- Sundance ST201 "Alta" PCI Ethernet
- updated tulip.c (this is useful for 2.2.19 only)
