and <type>sampler_t</type> types are only defined if the device
supports images i.e. <constant>CL_DEVICE_IMAGE_SUPPORT</constant>
is <constant>CL_TRUE</constant>. See the table for <varname>param_name</varname> for

pointers), constructed from the built-in data types described in
