The UNIQMALLOC2 Macro</A>

This macro is named <I>UNIQMALLOC2</I> for backward compatibility with previous
versions of <I>kc</I> that defined and used a macro <I>UNIQMALLOC</I> that
referred to a <EM>unary</EM> function. <I>UNIQMALLOC2</I> refers to a <EM>binary</EM> function.
