<p>This function is intended to be used as a prompter callback for <a class="reference internal" href="krb5_get_init_creds_password.html#krb5_get_init_creds_password" title="krb5_get_init_creds_password"><tt class="xref c c-func docutils literal"><span class="pre">krb5_get_init_creds_password()</span></tt></a> or <a class="reference internal" href="krb5_init_creds_init.html#krb5_init_creds_init" title="krb5_init_creds_init"><tt class="xref c c-func docutils literal"><span class="pre">krb5_init_creds_init()</span></tt></a> .</p>
<p>Writes <em>name</em> and <em>banner</em> to stdout, each followed by a newline, then writes each prompt field in the <em>prompts</em> array, followed by”:”, and sets the reply field of the entry to a line of input read from stdin. If the hidden flag is set for a prompt, then terminal echoing is turned off when input is read.</p>
