The packaging of lablgtk3 is derived from the one of lablgtk2. Major
differences:
- there are no liblablgtk3-gl-ocaml(-dev) and liblablgtk3-gnome-ocaml(-dev)
  packages since these libraries are currently not built by lablgtk3
- liblablgtk3-ocaml-doc contains for the moment only the collection of
  examples.
