lazarus for Debian

The main binary was renamed to ``lazarus-ide'' because the ``tct'' package
already comes with an utility called ``lazarus''.
Note that when you first run Lazarus, you might be presented with the
following notice:
Free Pascal Sources not found
The Free Pascal source directory was not found.
Some code functions will not work.
It is recommended that you install it and set the path
Environment -> Environment Options -> Files
Please install the package fpc-source.
