<file>LazUtils</file> is the Lazarus Utilities Package and contains
non-visual routines, types, and classes needed by the LCL and other packages.
Historically, some units originated from the LCL and the CodeTools used in
the Lazarus IDE.

<file>lazutils</file> package for use in the Lazarus IDE.
