New plugin: DiffTV
Banks: The concept has been extended to colormaps and pictures
You can now select between three bank modes (sequences, colormaps,
or pictures). See the manpage or the manual for the selection bindings,
all the rest works as usual.
Engine: Le Biniou now displays a "target" image when nothing happens
Webcam: Three ways to set horizontal or vertical image flipping:
. Command line: -c <h|v> or --camflip <h|v>
. Environment variable: export BINIOU_WEBCAM=hflip,vflip
. Configuration file: in the [Webcam] section
HorizontalFlip=<false|true> (default: false)
VerticalFlip=<false|true> (default: false)
