Syslog logging is now optional, it can be configured with the "log"
option in the configuration file.
"make test" is now functional.
Looping animations can now be made with the "loop" command (see MANUAL).

Scripts and script configuration has gone through a major update. Now
all configuration is done in /usr/local/etc (or /etc) in the files
ledd.conf and ledcontrol.conf. Also script interface has changed, so
if you have made any own scripts, you'll have to modify them.
Everything is now logged to syslog.

startup.sh has been through some changes as have some of the other
scripts when jumping from 0.2.1 to 0.3.0. You should not use the old
startup.sh with the new scripts.
