INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING PXE WORK

In the pxe directory you will find:

 * dhcp.conf
     a sample dhcp.conf for the DHCP 3 server
 * inetd.conf
     a sample configuration of tftpd-hpa
 * default
     a sample pxelinux bootloader config

The organization you want is:

in the /var/lib/lessdisks/boot directory, put:

pxelinux.0
pxelinux.cfg/default

pxelinux.0 is the bootloader, which is available in
the syslinux package, at /var/lib/syslinux/pxelinux.0

*** NOTE ***
The pxelinux.0 bootloader which comes with woody's version
of syslinux is way out of date and does not work with a variety
of machines. If your terminal gets the bootloader then starts
putting up strange patterns of lines on the screen, upgrade
to the pxelinux.0 bootloader from the sarge or sid distribution's
package of syslinux

make a pxelinux.cfg directory, and put the default file
above into it. Then set up dhcp3 and install tftpd-hpa.
