 - TCP-based tracing on windows doesn't work because of "security features"
 - IPv6 support, or AF-independent source
 - path MTU auto-discovery (RFC 1191)
 - display min/avg/max/stddev RTT instead of just the sample
 - asynchronus DNS queries
 - implement target fingerprinting using TCP timestamps option (RFC 1323)
