=head1 NAME

libarr - a screen management toolkit

=head1 SYNOPSIS

#include <arr.h>

=head1 DESCRIPTION

B<libarr> was created as a replacement for SLang in libctk. It was
named so because ARRRR! is the sound you make when working with SLang.
It is, quite simply, a terminal drawing library.

F<arr.h> is the header for all of libarr, and it contains all the prototypes
and definititions you'll need.

The full B<libarr> manual has yet to be written, but the idea is that it is
supposed to be a really fast, simple drawing toolkit. It stores up the writes
requested, and does them all at once, only writing the differences to the
screen.
