	libarr was created as a replacement for SLang in libctk.  It was named so because "'ARRR!' is the sound you make when working with SLang."  It is quite simply a terminal drawing library.  Unfortunately, I don't have the time to sit down and write a manual for libarr, so you'll have to figure it out for yourself.  `arr.h' is the header for _ALL_ of libarr, and it contains all the prototypes and definitions you'll need.
