\fBlibarr\fR was created as a replacement for SLang in libctk.  It was
named so because ARRRR! is the sound you make when working with SLang.
It is, quite simply, a terminal drawing library.

\fIarr.h\fR is the header for all of libarr, and it contains all the prototypes
and definititions you'll need.

The full \fBlibarr\fR manual has yet to be written, but the idea is that it is
supposed to be a really fast, simple drawing toolkit.  It stores up the writes
requested, and does them all at once, only writing the differences to the
screen.
