This is the debian package for the Array::RefElem  module.
It was created by Matthias Urlichs <smurf@debian.org>.

The upstream author is Gisle Aas <gisle@ActiveState.com>.

The README file states:
	This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or
	modify it under the same terms as Perl itself.

As of this writing, Perl is available under either the Artistic or GPL
license.

On Debian GNU/Linux systems, the complete text of the GNU General
