Management of debian/copyright:
===============================
We use cme to manage/update the machine-readable copyright file.
Basic mode for updating to a new upstream version:
* apt install cme libconfig-model-dpkg-perl
* Doublecheck whether manual overrides in debian/fill.copyright.blanks.yml
are still needed/up to date.
* Doublecheck whether wrangling in debian/fix.scanned.copyright
is still needed/up to date.
* cp debian/copyright-template debian/copyright
* cme update dpkg-copyright
Now doublecheck the generated copyright file. Add new License:-stanzas to
debian/copyright-template for newly used licenses ("Please fill license
UNKNOWN from header of"), update overrides and/or the list of
ignored/scanned files (debian/copyright-scan-patterns.yml) if necessary.
Rinse and repeat.
