libastro-fits-cfitsio-perl for Debian

Most of the example scripts require either the PGPLOT or PDL (or both)
Perl modules to actually work. These are both available as Debian
packages.

Those needing the PDL module are:

bintable_read.pl
image_read_pdl.pl
match_datatype.pl

Those needing the PGPLOT module are:
