1. Repacking upstream tarballs

The upstream tarball of this package has been repacked to replace the
non-free t/test.flac file.

Repacking is automated via the repack.stub/repack.local mechanism,
which will be called by uscan.  See the documentation in
debian/repack.stub for more details about getting this working.
