NOTE:

If someone change the size of tsi.src, he should also edit the constant
number definition in global.h, dict.h, etc.

If the size of phone.cin is changed, please also change PHONE_NUM
in char.h

Since 2006-05-04, the build process has changed to automatically calculate
the above constants, and you could peform the followings to rebuild:

  # make clean all

After merging changing from libchewing-data project, please do update the
Subversion revision number in file "svnrev".
