- report my changes upstream
- Build requires ExtUtils::AutoInstall, this is the cause of the
  failures reported in #229345.  Currently I work around this by
  checking for it in the rules file, but it'd be better to fix the
  problem and send the fix upstream.
- automatic dependency checking for Informix libraries via a dummy
  package?
