EJML for Debian

EjmlVersion class
-----------------

EjmlVersion.class in Debian-provided JARs is generated by debian/rules
bypassing gversion-plugin which needs to be launched in a Git clone of EJML
repository. As this is not the case for Debian builds, the class is built
manually.
