libetpan (1.9.4-7) unstable; urgency=medium

  Backend library for cache files has changed fromm Berkeley DB (BDB) to
  Lighting Memory-Mapped Database (LMDB). This means any cache file you
  have around from a previous libetpan version will fail to load with
  this one. Depending on how well the application handles this failure
  you can expect anything ranging from crashes to some delays.

  The easiest way to cope with this is to remove any old cache file.
