File/DirCompare

File::DirCompare is a perl module for comparing two directories via 
callbacks, which are invoked for all files that are 'different' 
between the two directories, and for any files that exist only in one 
or other directory ('unique' files).

See the perldocs for more details.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
