Upstream made some API changes which may break existing programs or
modules using future.pm:
[0.30]
* Rename 'dependent' futures to 'convergent'.
[0.31]
* Have ->and_then / ->or_else die immediately to further their
deprecation.
* Announce done_cb/fail_cb/cancel_cb as deprecated in favour of curry.
