Some notes about the tests.

rsa-16k.key - A 16384 bit RSA key (public and privat), created 2008-08-28.
              It took 91 minutes to create it on a 1500Mhz Pentium M.
              pkpench showed these results:
                encrypt:    80 ms
                decrypt: 14370 ms
                   sign: 14110 ms
                 verify:    30 ms
