libid3 for Debian

This is Debian GNU/Linux prepackaged version of ID3 library from id3.org.
I have based it on my own distribution of the library instead of the official
one. The reason is the original was sorta messy (it had no Makefile, a lot of
useless stuff, etc.), so I wanted to have a nicer sourcepackage that one could
simply untar and compile on Linux. And having one I preferred to use it
instead of doing the work twice...
(if you build this you'll notice a *lot* of warnings -- sorry, it's not my
fault it was written like this)
It would certainly be nice if maintainers of all Debian MP3 related packages
forced them to use this library, and told upstream maintainers to use the
library from my FTP site. This way we'd make all this stuff work with ID3v2,
which is really cool.
