libjazzy-java for Debian

You can find the library at the usual java location in Debian:
/usr/share/java
jazzy.jar is the combination of the three different jazzy jars:
jazzy-core.jar, jazzy-swing.jar, jazzy-examples.jar. It's not needed to
have four jars and if someone ask, I can remove some. But please, give
some arguments to tell me which jars you want to keep.
There is no -doc package, everything is in the same package. If you
think it's too big, I'll split the package.
The package is in contrib because it needs non-free jdk (javax.swing.*).
